Fundación Amparo y Manuel (AMMA) was founded in 2003 by Amparo Espinosa Rugarcía and Manuel Serrano Espinosa to establish non-profit educational, social, and artistic projects.
AMMA´s objective is to promote research and conservation on contemporary art through an acquisition program, loan of artworks, and creation of art exhibitions, as a way to develop thoughts on aesthetics and social matters in the Mexican audience.
The mission of AMMA is to encourage education, human development, and the well-being of people through art, with the vision of being a platform for artistic promotion.
AMMA works with its associate organizations: Fundación Espinosa Rugarcía (ESRU), Documentación y Estudios de Mujeres A. C. (DEMAC), Centro de Estudios Espinosa Yglesias (CEEY), and Fundación Amparo Serrano, who also promote the development of education and well-being. of people.
