Nativity, Glimpses through time (2014): Museo Regional de Guadalajara
From December 9, 2014 to March 1, 2015.
To promote the culture and traditions, Fundación Amparo y Manuel (AMMA), presented for the second time the exhibition "Nativity, Glimpses through time" at the Museo Regional de Guadalajara in the downtown of Guadalajara, Jalisco, from December 9, 2014, to March 1, 2015.
The exhibition showed the “Amparo Espinosa Rugarcía Nativity” that presents fifty biblical passages; and two contemporary multimedia art pieces created by the Mexican artist Francisco Eme, as well as an installation of detailed images, that completes the aesthetic experience.
The "Amparo Espinosa Rugarcía Nativity" was carried out by Felipe Nieva
and it is made up of about 1,100 pieces of figurative-expressionist painted clay, represented with intense gestures and polychromy.
On this occasion, Fundación AMMA presented Nativity, Glimpses through time from a contemporary reading through its curatorship and museographic installation.
