AMMA, committed to promoting the culture and traditions of Mexico, presented the exhibition "Nativity, Glimpses through time" for the eighth consecutive year and for the first time in digital format.
In the online viewing room, the public can find out in detail the passages and characters that make up the “Nativity Amparo Espinosa Rugarcía”, and a series of videos that tell the history of the collection and the processes behind the exhibition.
The “Nativity Amparo Espinosa Rugarcía”, created by the artisan Felipe Nieva (Orizaba, Veracruz) during the first half of the 20th century, is made up of 1,100 pieces of figurative-expressionist painted clay, represented with intense gestures and polychrome.
