CEEY is a non-profit and independent organization established by ESRU with the task of generating and disseminating specialized knowledge in order to promote public policies and large-scale actions that favor social mobility and socio-economic well-being in Mexico.
Its objective is to be a reference in the shaping of policy and action guidelines, to foster high-level research in order to enrich informed debates and discussions on current affairs, to influence and inform public opinion and that of those responsible for public power in order to help them take better decisions that will favor Mexico and its citizens.
